Board Members - Golf Collective - Te Huhono

Rotorua

Shape the future of golf in Rotorua and join the Board. The Golf Collective – Te Tuhono – is calling for passionate, community-minded individuals to join its inaugural Board.

Our vision is to “Future Proof Golf in the Rotorua Community” by creating a more inclusive, sustainable, and collaborative approach to golf and recreation.

We’re looking for people with experience in areas like governance, sport and recreation, finance, marketing, community development, and capital projects. If you can think strategically, work well with others, and want to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

There are up to 9 positions available:

  • 4 Appointed (skills-based)
  • 3 Elected (voted by member clubs)
  • Up to 2 Co-opted (appointed to fill skill gaps)

Geyser City Sports & Cultural Club is on the lookout for an experienced and committed cricket coach to lead our Premier Men’s team, while also supporting wider club development and junior pathway through involvement with our senior reserve grade and junior teams.

Based at Ray Boord Park, Rotorua Stadium, and Smallbone Park, and other Bay Of Plenty/South Waikato district grounds, this role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing players at all levels, contributing to a positive club environment, and helping build a strong future for cricket in Rotorua.

High Performance Wellbeing Advisor - Basketball New Zealand

The primary responsibility of the role will be to work at a systems level in coordination with the HP team of BBNZ to equip, empower and support identified coaches, athletes and support persons in their holistic development as they progress through the 3x3 and 5x5 pathways from U15 to senior levels of performance.
