Hear what previous participants had to say

DCA has given me huge awareness and education, philosophies and other concepts that help me with my relationships with other coaches.

I found it inspiring. I was inspired to do better and give better and increase my awareness of athlete needs and question why I do the things I do.

I’ve applied the learning pit to myself as well as the girls as a way to grow for all of us.

Great to hear others in similar positions, their challenges and ideas/solutions.

Sport is changing and I feel this course has allowed me to catch up and stay relevant.

With DCA, you connect with people from other codes. You see what they are experiencing and it’s a cool safe space to share. You get to know them as a person, as you go on the same journey together. It keeps coming back to making that connection.

Coaches Sharon Eyres and Sue Jans found the course enjoyable and beneficial. Coach Sharon sharing that the opportunity to re-evaluate her “Why”, being evaluated whilst coaching, and learning the importance of words and how dialogue has changed / evolved over years, was of huge value. Coach Sue adding that understanding the importance of what the term “player led” means and learning strategies to implement was her key learning.
